Per Pecof tab Salbutamol sulfate 2 mg, bromhexine HCl 8 mg, guaifenesin 100 mg. Per 10 mL Pecof SF syr Salbutamol sulfate 2 mg, bromhexine HCl 4 mg, guaifenesin 100 mg

Indications/Uses

Bronchial asthma, emphysema, atelectasis, acute & chronic bronchitis, pulmonary TB, whooping cough, pneumonia & other broncho-spastic conditions. Pecof SF bronchiectasis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Pecof tab Adult 1 tab tid. Childn 6-12 yr ½-1 tab tid; 2-6 yr ½ tab tid. Pecof SF syr Adult 2 tsp tid. Childn 6-12 yr 1-2 tsp tid, <6 yr ½ tsp tid.

Administration

Should be taken with food.

Special Precautions

Patients w/ hyperthyroidism, DM, serious CV disorders, HTN & peptic ulcer. Pregnancy & lactation.

Adverse Reactions

Skeletal muscle tremor of the hands, palpitations, muscle cramps. Slight tachycardia, headache & peripheral vasodilation at large doses.
